Please read and sign the new Skin Inflammation (Hydrocortisone 1%) and Oral Thrush (Nystatin 100,000 units\/mL) PGD which can be found by clicking here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HRT Unopposed Oestrogens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Community pharmacies should have received the HRT Unopposed Oestrogens patient information cards by 16th<\/sup> January 2026.
If you have not received these, please email the CP team: aa.cpteam@aapct.scot.nhs.uk<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pharmacy teams were asked to watch the video on HRT and engage in conversations with patients who fall into this category, using the patient safety cards to aid patient discussions. This should help to provide enhanced support for patients, highlighting the importance of taking progestogen alongside oestrogen HRT \u2013 where clinically indicated \u2013 to reduce the risk of endometrial hyperplasia and its potential progression to endometrial cancer. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
