We know how hard community pharmacy teams are working to ensure a continuous supply of medicines, support and advice to the public, even with all the stresses of COVID.  We hope the list below of resources re health and wellbeing support helps community pharmacy staff to look after themselves as well as they look after their customers!

Scottish Government - Wellbeing Hub

A new platform for health and social care workers and carers to support their physical and mental health is now available in Scotland. Launched this week by Scottish Government, the new digital wellbeing hub enables staff, carers, volunteers and their families to access support designed to aid resilience with the impact of COVID-19. The National Wellbeing Hub has resources split to employee and employer roles with content including management and coaching, building teams, and practical and emotional support.

Healthcare Worker 'Respect' Toolkit

This toolkit has been produced, by the Scottish Government, to help reduce levels of violent and abusive behaviour being experienced by health and social care workers including community pharmacy teams. This toolkit includes a set of communications assets which can be used in a variety of health and social care settings as well as social media channels. Core messaging recognises the challenges staff are facing and the consequences inappropriate behaviour can have on staff members.  This toolkit includes posters which can be printed off and displayed by pharmacies.  You can find this toolkit on the NHS24 website:
