• UCF allows electronic claiming for pharmacy-led services.

• CPUS forms must be kept in a locked drawer for emergency/back up use ONLY if you encounter technical problems when trying to dispense electronically via UCF. 

• UCF will allow reimbursement from electronic claiming only.

• Pharmacy First/Smoking Cessation/Gluten Free/EHC and CPUS will be on a single form and processed via the PMR.

September 2023 Update

Our colleagues at NSS have updated the UCF claim matrix which is a helpful tool when it comes to making sure you are claiming correctly for services.  It's really important you put through items on the correct UCF category; if they are not, they won't be reimbursed and the pharmacy will also miss out on any related service fee!
