This will auto-populate to show your next scheduled uplift date along with your uplift frequency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/Current-Schedule-for-Website.xlsx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/Current-Schedule-for-Website.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pharmaceutical Waste Uplift Schedule<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UPDATE &#8211; Electronic Claiming Workbook (ECW)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/ECW-V3.5.xlsx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/ECW-V3.5.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ECW Version 3.5<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; This update includes a change of ownership and updated Omnicell product codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure you are using Microsoft Excel Version 2013 or later when completing the workbook. This is required for the drop\u2011down selection function to operate correctly when choosing a product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Points to Note:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please complete all sections of the Cover Sheet&nbsp;<strong><u>before<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;entering data into any individual sheet.  This will auto-populate relevant fields reducing workload for Contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have introduced drop-down lists across various claims.&nbsp; This should cut down on input errors and make completion of the ECW easier for Contractors.&nbsp; Please use these where they are provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no need to claim for attendance at Palliative Care Training events \u2013 payments will be made automatically using the attendance sheets from the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date Version before submitting your ECW. <strong>Claims submitted on previous versions may be returned unpaid<\/strong>.
