{"id":44,"date":"2024-05-16T18:51:11","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T17:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/nhs-borders\/claim-forms\/"},"modified":"2026-02-11T08:40:42","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T08:40:42","slug":"claim-forms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/pages\/claim-forms\/","title":{"rendered":"Claim Forms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/ECW-V3.5.xlsx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/ECW-V3.5.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Electronic Claiming Workbook v3.5<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All pharmacies are now using the Electronic Claiming Workbook (ECW) for claims relating to locally negotiated pharmacy services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ECW.&nbsp;Version 3.5<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; This update includes a change of ownership and updated Omnicell product codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure you are using Microsoft Excel Version 2013 or later when completing the workbook. This is required for the drop\u2011down selection function to operate correctly when choosing a product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Points to note:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please complete all sections of the Cover Sheet <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">before<\/span><\/strong> entering data into any individual sheet.  This will auto-populate relevant fields therefore reducing workload for Contractors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have introduced drop-down lists across various claims.  This should cut down on input errors and make completion of the ECW easier for Contractors.  Please use these where they are provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no need to claim for attendance at Palliative Care Training events; payments will be made automatically using the attendance sheets from the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date Version before submitting your ECW.  Claims submitted on previous versions may be returned unpaid.  A User Guide can be found <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.communitypharmacy.scot.nhs.uk\/nhs-ggc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/User-Guide-CP-Local-Claim-Forms-v4-Jan-25.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"1538\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<br>If you are in <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">any<\/span><\/strong> doubt about how to complete the Workbook, please refer to the User Guide before submitting.
