You agree to not act beyond your professional competence, nor out with the recommendations of each\u00a0direction. A PGD does not remove professional obligations and accountability.\u00a0It is the responsibility of each professional to practice within the bounds of their own competence and in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council Standards for Pharmacy Professionals.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-emergency-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>NHS Grampian no longer accept paper or emailed copies of authorisation sheets and the Microsoft Form must be completed, however all authorisation sheets should be retained in the pharmacy to serve as a record of those practitioners authorised to work under the PGD.<em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-emergency-red-color has-text-color has-nhs-black-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>The information gathered from the Microsoft Form will allow NHS Grampian to fulfil its responsibilities to keep a list of all pharmacists operating in its area who have signed the PGDs currently operating within the Board.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong><u>NEW PGD &#8211; Revisiting Form Submission&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><br>When a new or revised PGD is added, all boxes must be re\u2011ticked.
