They are often the first point of contact for advice, treatment, and ongoing care, supporting the wider NHS by improving access and reducing pressure on other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A wide range of services are delivered through community pharmacies, including acute and chronic care support, public health initiatives, and preventative interventions. These services are underpinned by national and local priorities, ensuring consistent, safe, and person-centred care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pharmacy contractors are expected to deliver services in line with national specifications, clinical governance requirements, and local guidance, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and timely care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left of this page, you will find three drop-down menus, each expanding into further categories.
