We know how hard community pharmacy teams are working to ensure a continuous supply of medicines, support and advice to the public. We hope the list below of resources for health and wellbeing support helps community pharmacy staff to look after themselves as well as they look after their customers.
Pharmacist Support
Pharmacist Support is an independent, trusted charity providing a wide variety of support services to pharmacists and their families, former pharmacists and pharmacy students.

National Wellbeing Hub
The National Wellbeing Hub was established in 2020 to help support the wellbeing of everyone working in Health and Social Care in Scotland. On the Hub, you’ll find a space full of ideas about how to stay well. Whether you’re just looking for a bit of information, formal psychological support, or something in between, there should be something for you.

Healthcare Worker Respect Toolkit
This toolkit has been produced, by the Scottish Government, to help reduce levels of violent and abusive behaviour being experienced by health and social care workers, including community pharmacy teams. The messaging recognises the challenges staff are facing and the consequences inappropriate behaviour can have on staff members.
This toolkit includes posters which can be printed off and displayed by pharmacies. You can find this toolkit on the Scottish Government website:
