Combined Pan-Lothian 2025\/2026 <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 5 June 2023, a new Continence Care system&nbsp;is being launched&nbsp;for all pharmacies in&nbsp;East Lothian, Midlothian and Edinburgh only.&nbsp; This system is administered by Edinburgh Council (not the NHS), but elms2 will be used by NHS Lothian Continence Care&nbsp;to send incontinence requests to pharmacies&nbsp;(instead of the current emails to pharmacy shared mailboxes).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>elms2 will also make it much easier for pharmacies to&nbsp;view these requests and&nbsp;send claims back&nbsp;without having to worry about posting paper forms off.&nbsp;
