Community Pharmacies are contracted to deliver smoking cessation services to patients in NHS Lanarkshire.
This is normally a 12 week nicotine replacement therapy regimen delivered along side quit support and advice.
The team who support the pharmacies with this delivery are the "Quit Your Way Pharmacy Improvement Project Team".
