The Pharmacy Care Record (PCR) is a national system that enables registered Community Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to document patient care. It supports a range of pharmacy services, including:
- Smoking cessation
- Gluten-free food health checks
- MCR registration and reviews
PCR displays information only for patients registered with your pharmacy and may vary slightly depending on your user profile (Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician).
Important Information
PCR must be accessed through a secure SWAN network connection using a supported browser or the PCR UA desktop application. Daily association is required to enable system functionality and receive important updates.

Daily Association
Ensure the PCR UA application is installed on your dispensary PC. Click the desktop icon each morning to associate.
