All pharmacies in all HSCPs are now using the Electronic Claiming Workbook (ECW) for all claims relating to locally negotiated pharmacy services as listed below:

- CPNSS
- HEP C (Additional Payment)
- Medicines: Reconciliation & Supply (MRS) Project (Hospital Discharges)
- MCA
- OOH Rx
- Palliative Care
- West Dunbartonshire (only) Sunday Rota
