5. Training
All Health Care Professionals undertaking Flu vaccinations must undertake immunisation training including anaphylaxis management and this must be delivered by a recognised private immunisation training organisation. Please also visit the NES Seasonal Flu TURAS page on TURAS.
Please navigate through Turas Vaccination Management Tool where you will find links to the User Guides and FAQs pages.
6. Stock Ordering
NHSGGC has set a cap on the number of vaccinations that can be ordered from Movianto as detailed below. Stock will be available to order via Movianto’s Marketplace portal from week beginning Monday 15th September 2025.
Each pharmacy has been allocated:
aTIV
A maximum of 2 x packs of aTIV for the entire duration of the programme
TIVc
A maximum of 4 packs of TIVc for the entire duration of the programme
In the unlikely event that a participating pharmacy requires more than the noted allocation above, a request should be made to ggc.newpharmacy.applications@nhs.scot.
Each request will be considered individually and the Contractor advised of the outcome.
The request should contain: (a) Contractor Code (b) Amount and type of stock required (c) Reason for Request.
