Further Information on the Claim Form:
- Claim forms should now be completed and emailed to the Sexual Health Team at aa-uhb.shbbv@aapct.scot.nhs.uk at the end of each calendar month
- For contractors with multiple pharmacies providing the Enhanced Sexual Health Service, they should submit one claim form for each participating site.
- The claim form has been updated to reflect the change in renumeration which has increased to £175 per clinic (1 clinic = 6 patients).
- Sexual Health will monitor monthly claims and track the number of patients consulted. A payment will be triggered when 6 patients (1 clinic) has been claimed for.
- The claim form has been updated to gather information on who is accessing the service to help support service improvements.
Service Availability:
If the days/times that the Enhanced Sexual Health Service is offered change in the future, the pharmacy should notify the Sexual Health Team. This allows the shayr.com website to be updated accordingly.
STI Testing and ‘C Card’ Condom Supply:
There is an expectation that Enhanced Pharmacies keep STI Testing Kits and ‘C Card’ Condoms in stock, ensure these are in-date and offered to patients accessing their services.
Shadowing Opportunity for Sayana Press:
Reminder that if the pharmacist feels they would like to shadow a session on how to administer Sayana Press, they can link in with:
- Jane in Carrick Pharmacy or Natalie at Dalrymple Pharmacy who have kindly offered this support if required.
