Patient Group Directions (PGDs)

Submission of PGD Authorisation Forms
As of September 1st 2025, we have moved to a new electronic system of PGD recording. Pharmacists are asked now to complete one MS form to confirm that they have completed the correct version of the agreement form, have signed and dated it before storing within the pharmacy.
There is now no need to submit individual PGD agreement forms to the aa.cpteam@aapct.scot.nhs.uk inbox.
