In addition to the Community Pharmacy Nutrition Support Service (CPNSS), Care Homes and pharmacies within the Renfrewshire HSCP have been trained on the ordering of ONS every 2 weeks. Access to training webinar (6) explaining the process and associated forms can be found using links below. Please note that the 2 week ordering process is for staff in Renfrewshire (and 2 Homes in West Dunbartonshire who piloted the process) only at the moment. The list of these Homes is available below in section '5. Supporting Tools'. There are also some smaller care facilities who have not been trained and ONS are ordered in the same way as a patient in their own home via CPNSS.
