Substance Use Service Guidance Document

This document: Click here – provides information and support for community pharmacies contracted to provide services in line with the appropriate NHSG Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  It has sections to help assess patient progress, complete necessary documentation and advice, safely assess, dispense and supervise associated medication.  It aims to support community pharmacies fulfil their role as part of the multi-disciplinary team involved in the care of people who use substances.
