MCR & Serial Prescriptions

Service Specification

Medicines: Care and Review (MCR) replaces the chronic medication service (CMS). The three components to MCR are: medication reviews, pharmaceutical care planning and serial prescribing. Further details about the service can be found in the service specification PCA(P)(2021)03.
