Pharmacies should contact Astellas the first time a new patient presents a prescription for enzalutamide – Astellas will then order the product on the pharmacy’s behalf through Alliance Healthcare. Thereafter the product can be directly ordered via alliance. There is no longer a paper order form for enzalutamide, contractors order from Alliance via their PMR.
