Each year, NHS Lanarkshire conducts a formal review of user data for Clinical Portal and ECS access.

If you require assistance with your existing NHS.Scot email account, please email NHSLanarkshire.PharmacyFacilitation@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk and provide as much information as possible about your query or issue to help us process your request efficiently.
If you require access to a pharmacy’s NHS.Scot shared mailbox, a request must be submitted from the shared mailbox itself. Please ask someone who already has access to the shared mailbox to email NHSLanarkshire.PharmacyFacilitation@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk requesting access on your behalf and include your NHS.Scot email address within the request.

PCR
All Community Pharmacists, Pre-registration Pharmacists and Registered Technicians should have a PCR account, which can be set up without access to NHS mail. To register for a PCR account, please complete the below PCR Application Form

If you have forgotten your username or password to your PCR account please contact the ePharmacy helpdesk on 0131 275 6600 and one of the advisors will unlock and issue you a temporary password which is valid for 4 hours.
